As an explanation of the team ranking system, i have been calling tie-breakers based on the number of people on the team with bids. The system sees teams with more bids and less debaters as stronger programs than those who have many people with a small number of bids; subequently, the smaller team is the tie breaker. I.E., in the case of Scarsdale and MVLA, MVLA is the #2 because they only have 5 debaters with bids, whereas Scarsdale has 6.
In the weeks following Harker, I will try my best to publish a list of at large candidates. Thanks for reading

still missing Metzman from the bid list
I approve of the tiebreak that puts MVLA ahead haha.
Harker is Sems and Vestavia is Finals so technically there are 6 bids left.
Moerner
Garber is listed twice
Salant isn't on the list for Scarsdale, so actually there is no need for a tiebreaker. 16 bids > 15. Owned
actually, i forgot to add jing wang from los altos, so each team has 16 bids. i will figure out a way to break that tie. i will make the corrections to add metzman, remove garber, and add salant. sorry all.
ravi sankar is also missing from the bid list.
The tiebreak system is counterintuitive. Why not just count who has less ghost bids?
Also, can you put in the graduation years for the debaters?
well actually garber has only two bids so with jing missing it evens out; still 15 total
