A couple of years ago, there was an online scoreboard that kept track of who picked up bids, where they did, and where they were from; in addition, it had an updated list of TOC qualifiers and their bid counts for the year. Since the idea has been in remission for some time now, I thought it would be a good idea to bring back the scoreboard. Debate is as much a competitive activity as it is an educationally valuable one. Now you can easily see how others around the country are doing.
