Adam Silver from Bronx Science is qualled too!
I believe that a ghost bid functions as a bid if one has a real one as well, though it is insufficient to apply for an at-large with. Adam should be considered qualled too then.
No you can apply for an at-large with a ghost bid, it just probably wouldn't go to well... at any rate, Adam is qualled.
In fact, if the qualifications are listed chronologically, he should be #4 -- I believe he received his second bid earlier than anyone else on the Yale/Valley weekend thanks to it being a ghost bid. :o)

yeah seriously. updating this would take 10 minutes every weekend. its important we have something like this, but it needs to be kept up-to-date. if you don't have the time to do it, you should delegate some of the responsibility to someone else.
